Yamamay is currently the second largest chain of mono-brand stores in the underwear and beachwear sector in Italy.
- In ten years, Inticom has created a network of over 600 mono-brand Yamamay stores with a turnover of over Euro 128 million at the end of 2010.
- The compound annual growth rate (C.A.G.R.) in turnover for the three-year period 2008-2010 is 11% (20% in the five year period 2006-2010).
- In 2010 Euro 13.5 million were invested in advertising and promotion. — 15 million items were sold in 2010, with 250 fashion ranges.
The development plan
The industrial plan is centered on pursuing the strategy, undertaken from the outset of Yamamay’s business venture, of strong growth in the sales network, without overlooking the excellent levels of efficiency and profitability margins.
- The strategic focus for the three-year period 2011-2013 is the development of the chain abroad.
- The estimated turnover for 2011 is Euro 144 million.
